I've forgotten my password-What should I do?

To re-set your password, follow the ‘FORGOTTEN PASSWORD’ instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for
security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Knet for local purchases. All payments are processed through a secure checkout
system provided by MyFatoorah.

Do you ship to PO boxes and freight forwarding addresses?

Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.

Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your
order. If, for some reason, you didn’t get an email, please check your spam folder and add hareer@hareerperfume.com to
your safe sender list.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.

How long will it take to get my order?

Local Deliveries (Kuwait):
Orders are delivered within 3 business days. However, we do offer a Same Day Delivery service at an extra cost and if the order was placed before 2pm.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately!

Are duties and taxes included with the purchase?

Hareer is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties.

Can I exchange or return my product?

Our aim is that our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.Just contact us by email or Whatsapp and you will be guided accordingly. Please read our Return policy for more information.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once the delivery man drops off your return at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?

All sale items are final and cannot be returned. We know, it’s a bummer. But at least you got a great deal on that amazing item!
